Aim of Mo Ghara Yojana Odisha
The main aim of the Mo Ghara Yojana Odisha is to provide the people of Odish a chance to buy their own houses. “Puca House for All” is a commitment made by the State Government. Through a number of initiatives, the State has so far supplied over 3 million homes since 2014–2015. to provide enough financial support to enable rural households to construct pucca houses that are appropriately proportioned. A home loan up to Rs. 3 lakhs would be given to the beneficiary, with a one-year grace period and ten-year payback terms. The recipients could also qualify for funding through several programs that provide drinking water, sanitation, power, and other amenities in remote areas.

Eligibility Criteria
- People who stay in a pucca house that has two or more rooms and an RCC roof.
- Households that have previously benefited from at least Rs. 70,000 in housing assistance from one of the rural housing initiatives.
- If the family’s monthly income is at least Rs. 25,000. possessing a motorized, four-wheeled, noncommercial vehicle.
- A home where any member routinely works for the PSU or the government and earns a monthly pension in exchange for their services.
- Ownership of fifteen acres or more of unirrigated property, or five acres or more of irrigated land.
Benefits of Scheme
- Participants in the program are eligible for a home loan of up to Rs. 3 lakh, which can be repaid in manageable installments over ten years, with the exception of a one-year grace period.
- The loan amount slabs are as follows, according the Cabinet notification: Rs. 1 lakh, Rs. 1.5 lakh, Rs. 2 lakhs, and Rs. 3 lakhs.
- A loan under the Mo Ghara program can be available to persons whose monthly income is less than 25,000 rupees and who have previously received housing aid totaling 70,000 rupees or less.
